My research skills were improved as I read number of online sources. My communication skills got better as I interacted with the industry persons to know the potential impact of modern HR on workplaces. I can implement IT initiatives in the field of HR, which would increase the organizational productivity. References Bonet, R., Cappelli, P. and Hamori, M., 2013.
